Randomized / procedural levels for Planet Survival #12

- Needs to spawn the set of entities for PS (I should have a list somewhere)
- Create the crashed shuttle
- Needs to have common basic resources spawn near the spawn point (iron for steel), mid phase resources a bit further out (plasma) and end resources even farther (bananium/uranium)
- Enemy placement likewise (weaker enemies closer) -- though this could also be done via a new mob spawner subtype
